A great workflow tool

What do you like best? Omnigraffle comes ready with different libraries to make throwing together a presentation worthy workflow really easy, and relatively fast. What do you dislike? I wish that making straight lines (especially with arrows in work flows) was easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am working on enterprise software for Digital Media Planning and Buying. Omnigraffle has been used by myself and co-workers for ...

It is not too easy to create new stencils Recommendations to others considering the product: Stick to using this primarily for flowcharts What problems are you solving with the product? Omnigraffle Still #1 for Wireframing

What do you like best? Omnigraffle allows me to move faster than any other piece of software to quickly map out ideas. What do you dislike? The output is still not as beautiful as it could be - there should be more tools to allow for beautiful templating so additional software is not needed to create presentation quality artifacts. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use Omnigraffle for rapid thought mapping and wireframing - but you might want to switch to another ...

Omnigraffle

What do you like best? Omnigraffle is my favorite graphic creator on Macbook. It allows me to view and edit Visio docmuments unlike most software on the Macbook. What do you dislike? Omnigraffle is a little overwhelming at first and can be intimidating but once you get used to the layout, it's simple to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pretty much the only viable option for Macbook users when it comes to graphic creation. What problems are you solving with ...

Versatile layout and design tool

What do you like best? The versatility of this app is quite impressive. You can develop a simple mind map on down to a complex network/cloud design if you need. What do you dislike? It's a bit tricky to use for network diagramming if you are used to Visio. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you want versatility this is the way to go. There have recently been some online options if you are purely trying to diagram networks but they don't seem as flexible as ...

Not my tool of choice.

What do you like best? The arrow options make it a smart choice for diagrams, flows, and sitemaps. What do you dislike? I hate how they don't use the same zoom in/out shortcuts as other design programs. Recommendations to others considering the product: There are better options. I prefer Sketch for quick flows, but Omnigraffle is ok for more substantial flows. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to layout a platform ...

Awesome program, once you know how to use it

Recommendations to others considering the product: Plan for a good chunk of time just learning how to use it properly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Site/content mapping -- it makes this process much easier, cleaner, and more efficient.

The best diagramming, flowcharting, and wireframing app for Mac

What do you like best? Omnigraffle is hands-down the best wireframing, diagramming, and flowcharting app for the Mac. It's fast, has tons of aftermarket support with templates and shapes and Omni's support is awesome. What do you dislike? The licensing system is a bit archaic if I'm being honest. Sometimes this app's origins on the NeXT platform (that became OS X) peek through a bit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Omnigraffle ...
