What do you like best about Omnify? Excellent customer service. Very intuitive layout and design. What do you dislike about Omnify? It does get a little glitchy, but problems are swiftly rectified once the developers are notified. What problems is Omnify solving and how is that benefiting you? The team is great at getting on the call immediately and also replies very quickly on their chat feature. They listen to the needs of the business and provide the best solutions they have.
