"User friendly"
What do you like best about Olark? Olark is consumerized. Once you login, you know how to use it. It's simple, easy, and user friendly. I really liked that you can instantly send a transcript upon request. People were able to reach out as needed and were able to multitask while doing so (check their mail, feed their kids.) "I am a happy customer of Olark"
What do you like best about Olark? it has very simple integration with Zen Cart or any site. it just works. Users need very little training. I like the new feedback function. With very simple configurations you can do it to do very powerful things. It integrates with Google Analytics very well. I love being able to see what page our customers are on while they browse our site. When we are not available it turns into an awesome contact us form. I love the ability to magically push a site ...

Great product / great service
Cater Nation has worked w/ Olark these past 5 years and the service has been great for us and our customers, we get live chats every day that come in handy for our ordering customers who would prefer to chat online versus talk to us on the phone. It's all about being available for the customers the way they want to work with you! The service at Olark has been top notch, they practice what they preach by letting us chat timely w/ them at olark.com!

"Talking to people on our site"
What do you like best about Olark? It allows you to talk to people on your site What do you dislike about Olark? I wish it was more intuitive for the non-power user. Even though I'm in the system frequently it isn't obvious how to use some of the expanded functionality. Recommendations to others considering Olark: Do your research. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Direct conversations with web visitors is easy.

"Friendly Chat with 'Just Right' Amount of Features"
What do you like best about Olark? Olark is a service that I've now implemented and used at 3 different companies. That alone suggests that I like the service. Olark strikes me as the kind of company (like Avis) that could wear the moniker, "We Try Harder." What do you like best about Olark? Easy to set up chat in Olark. I came across this service when I was chatting with a Mailgun representative. I like the way it tells us where the customer is currently looking at. It helps us troubleshoot the problems easily. It gives me the default location and system information like in any other client. "Great low cost online chat solution"
What do you like best about Olark? Integration with my marketing automation solution allows us to see which identified prospects are actually asking us questions often before they've given their name. Love being able to customize actions based on time of the day (i.e., take messages vs live chat depending on the time of the day). Best of all, it's cheap. What do you dislike about Olark? Nothing. Once you get the code dropped onto your site by your website administrator, a layperson can use the Olark back end to change a lot of different variables without having to pay for development hours.
