"Not the cheapest solution but works like a charm."

What do you like best about Olark? Doesn't redirect the visitors outside of your site like other real time chatting system. Also the price is pretty good so no complaint there. Lastly, pro-rated refund when we decided to temporarily try out the competitions. Now we're back to Olark, so.... What do you dislike about Olark? "Adequete but not fully featured, need native apps or pretty useless"

What do you like best about Olark? Embedding live chat with a line of JS is pretty sweet. Helps us communicate with our users by pulling specific ones (triggered by analytics events) into a chat and lets us provide live help within our app! The web interface is good but logs us out too easily. The api is okay and the administration of operators is good. The price is okay, currently still on a free startup plan but will need to pay soon. "Live Chat at its finest."

What do you like best about Olark? Like the ability to change notification m,method and it's prompts for starting a chat are excellent. What do you dislike about Olark? The only drawback would be the the ease of setting up new preferences. Recommendations to others considering Olark: Great Live Chat product. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting communication with a young diverse crowd of students.

What do you like best about Olark? Easy and friendly user experience allows for a seamless chat experience. What do you dislike about Olark? That the messages are broken up into segments when shown on the screen. Recommendations to others considering Olark: Take some time to read the short cuts they are helpful. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? First had experience with students, parents, educators allows for another form of interaction.

"Great platform but is it right for you?"

What do you like best about Olark? Overall I was satisfied with Olark for our chat service but determined it just didn't fit right with our agency. What I did like most about this product was the ability to either use it on the web browser or local system through Pidgin. What do you dislike about Olark? "Does all we need"

What do you like best about Olark? Ease of use and flexibility, enabling quick contact with site visitors and alerts when someone is on a monitored page. What do you dislike about Olark? Not their fault, but preferred having Google talk as an option. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing a basic level live chat service.
