"Easy, simple, efficient "

What do you like best about Olark? Olark is easy to navigate and simple to use. I like the notification style and workflow of it, and it makes my job easier. What do you dislike about Olark? I dislike that you can only have 5 operators. It would be easier if you could have more. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving coach issues using technology. I've realized that coaches like to chat rather than call for help.

What do you like best about Olark? Gives members a chance to ask questions as they browse their member site - so you can quickly help manage any concerns or answer questions. Transcripts that get sent after the chats are also helpful for record keeping and following up. What do you dislike about Olark? "Great way to connect to our customers in real-time"

What do you like best about Olark? It makes it easy for different members of our company to connect with our customers when they need us. The transcript being saved and sent to appropriate people is also extremely helpful for keeping records. What do you dislike about Olark? What do you like best about Olark? I like the alert feature and that you can set up an automated message to people browsing the site after a set amount of time. Also being able to chat with co-workers at our other location for a quick question or clarification on something is handy as well. What do you dislike about Olark? What do you like best about Olark? Very easy to use dashboard. It allows you to store a generous amount of prepared responses to common questions to improve efficiency as well as give quicker responses to prospects. What do you dislike about Olark? What do you like best about Olark? Able to use on multiple storefronts all in one place What do you dislike about Olark? I would like to be able to close out tickets with out an auto feedback being sent to the customer. Some customers we do not engage with as it can some times be "fan mail" What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? able to have fast cs for retail fronts

"Good product and great people"

What do you like best about Olark? The product does everything that you would expect from it and more. The people at Olark are helpful and kind. What do you dislike about Olark? You have to pay a 1 time fee to have access to style your own chat window exactly like you want it. To me, that should be a given. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? We just needed a working chat system for our sales team that looked good on our site. It does everything we need it to!
