A great SSO agent

What do you like best? The simplicity of use is great, and the ease of building non out of the boxsolutions is perfect. What do you dislike? Can be glitchy at times, and when things go wrong the support team can be a little slow to respond. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplicity for our end users, have just the one password to rememeber then the SSO doing tis bit makes it super simple fo them.

Okta has been a lifesaver!

What do you like best? No need to keep track of multiple passwords is what I love the most. My company uses at least six sign on softwares, and it was a hassle trying to remember all the passwords. Okta has each program laid out, and the single sign on is a complete lifesaver. Okta is easy to use on both mobile and computer. Good for Single Sign On, but difficult to install

What do you like best? I like that at my company I can use my single Okta login to access a wide variety of services including web applications, messengers, and and VPNs. My team and I were able to integrate Okta into existing legacy apps successfully and add tiles to the employees' Okta dashboards. What do you dislike? Great security app

What do you like best? I like the ease of being able to approve requests from my homescreen and lockscreen. What do you dislike? I dislike how it needs to click “approve”. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Security of using internal apps. Benefits is ease of usage.

Great single sign on system

What do you like best? Ability to use my personal mobile phone as an MFA device, and reset/unlock my password remotely. Automatic login to all of my work applications using SSO and Windows authentication integration. What do you dislike? Nothing, it's much more convenient than being tied to a hard token for MFA. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Self-service password resets and unlocks, no need to remember multiple passwords.

Don't worry about remembering your passwords ever again

What do you like best? having all my work apps int the same place and not having to remember any of the passwords is very convenient What do you dislike? I had to switch form a Mac to a PC and the plug in never worked again What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? having all my work apps in the same place saves me a lot of time, also not having to remember the passwords for every freaking app its very convenient

What do you like best? It allows many apps to be streamlined; they are easily accessible from the web browser. All I have to do is look for the donut at the top right of the screen and all my apps are there. What do you like best? It’s very helpful in organizing your desktop when you use several programs throughout the day What do you dislike?
