What do you like best about Odoo CRM? I appreciate the built in reporting and metrics. Odoo is incredibly easy to use as a CRM out of the box, and I haven't found a function I need that Odoo hasn't been able to handle for me.

"Great After Some Retooling"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM? I love the amount of data that we are able to track and analyze in this app. After being able to add extra fields and track through the dashboard, many decisions can be made on the fly. Our sales funnel has been improved as well through some automated actions that we added to the app.
