"I am Happy with the platform"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM? Customization. It is easily extendable. However, all those 3rd party modules for Enterprise solutions do not work, the service the most of them that provide is awful.

What do you like best about Odoo CRM? All contacts and company information at hand in one app (the free contacts app), this combined with the CRM app gives you have a great overview on what is going on a sales level in your company. Visual overview what proposal is in what sales phase and the forecasted value of all or each quote.
