What do you like best about Odoo CRM? Odoo has many modules and cover many of the basic requirements. Since its open source software, its prety cost effective. CRM covers lot of aspects and functionalities.

What do you like best about Odoo CRM? Its single interface is integrated with multi-channels like Sales, Inventory, Marketing, HR, and MIS. Its user interface is excellent and descriptive. "Lackluster Tool for Case Management"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM? It is a simple tool to use; however, it is not that great for automation with case management to ensure all parties are engaged in an orderly manner. To me, it is more of an entry-level database than a proper CRM / case management tool.

What do you like best about Odoo CRM? Friendly interface, easy to follow the sales flow, integrated to my marketing automation, and also with my other Odoo modules, this is the main reason I am using Odoo because the integration with its CRM

"Best CRM I tried. Integrated and easy to use"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM? I loved that it is easy to use for anyone. You can have an integrated CRM with all the Odoo suite. The best features for me are Voip integrated, connected with Marketing automation, auto-qualified leads to avoid human classification from leads to opportunities.
