What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? OC Tanner is #1 in Recognition. We use their Yearbook Service Award Program and it helps to boost morale and is an excellent tool for retention and employee engagement.

"Excellent Way to Give Employee Recognition"
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? This site is an excellent system to recognize employees for their awesome work and inspire them to keep it up. It also allows fellow coworkers to recognize one another and nominate them for awards which is wonderful for team building.

"Well run and integrated employee recognition program but expensive"
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? The process flows within the program are well built and allow for different types of configuration as far as nominating, approving, and delivery of the award.
