The OC Tanner program provided us with a consistent, professional and efficient way to recognize and thank our employees for their special accomplishments or milestones. Rewards and programs are easily customized. The time savings and reliability of having this program administered by OC Tanner has been very beneficial.

What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? I love that employees get to pick from a variety of service awards. The list of awards is customizable to a small degree. You can pick the price range you want for each service year. In addition, peers are able to leave photos and comments congratulating their colleague. What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? Our OC Tanner contacts are very responsive and collaborative. We use the "Victories" and "Yearbook" platform - employees love the eCards and awards, and the yearbook experience used to honor our employee's milestone anniversaries and retirements has become a part of our culture as well.
