We had a pause in taking business…
We had a pause in taking business transactions. We had to update our machine. I called and your tech people were very helpful. They took me through step by step and it corrected over night. Things are working fine and we are able to do business. A positive experience! Thanks to all.

Excellent customer service

Initial contact was great yes have…
Initial contact was great yes have given 5 stars at that point but , my extra cost incurred due to withholding deposit funds was not cool , seems newvei put their fees ahead of the cart when it comes to customer
