Decent, ish.
Pros: Friendly customer service, low wait times, no downtime, easy to set up and use fantastic technical support. A low minimum fee for payment totals under a certain threshold. At the time we set up with them, they were the cheapest option we could find. Cons: Will charge you security fees for not completing compliance tasks in a portal and refuse to waive them even though they never set up your access in the said portal or make it clear you should have access during account setup. BEWARE COMPANY DEDUCTS FEES OUT OF YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT. THEY CHARGED FOR NON-ACTIVITY WHEN HAIR SALONS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK. EVEN AFTER CANCELLING, THEY ARE STILL ACCESSING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND DEDUCTING NON-ACTIVITY FEES. THEY MAKEUP FEES AS THEY GO.
