What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a great CRM. It is affordable and has all of the features you could need. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I love the mass email feature and the sync with gmail, but not being able to attach a document from within nutshell means that I have to go back and forth instead of being able to do everything from within nutshell.
