"Awesome CRM for a Small Business"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Being able to track history with clients and share it with co-workers is an awesome tool when cold-calling and working with leads. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Due to some internal functions within our company, we weren't able to utilize all of the integrations. Additionally, I was a bigger fan of the original dashboard before it was changed to the new style. Lastly, leads are more suited for a product type of company rather than a variable ...

"Most User Friendly CRM I have used "

What do you like best about Nutshell? What I like most is the ability to add links such as Linkedin to a profile for an easy snapshot of a leads detailed information. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I don't like that I cannot easily view people within a company that I have not contacted when I'm viewing the company tab. The contact date reflects the last time I contacted anyone within the company and when you manage 20+ companies it can be time consuming to click each one to view the ...

"Simple and versatile"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple and flexible. Our business is set up different than most, being able to set it up around what we need and how our sales cycle works is very reassuring. So far it has been stable and reliable. The mobile app has worked seamlessly. In my time using it there haven't been any problems. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Honestly not much, the only thing is that after a project is won or lost it stays in it's stage, but I have a feeling that is ...

"Nutshell - Great for some, but not for all"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a simple CRM tool that does not have the features many business have come to rely on, but it provides a cost-effective option for small businesses with a sales volume and client base that requires a good set of functions for a good price and just don't need all the bells and whistles of Salesforce. It integrates nicely with Google Mail, and frankly, even though Salesforce is better, I think I prefer the integration between Nutshell and ...
