What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is incredibly affordable for the amenities included. I really like the Nutshell Marketing section. The email campaign feature is easy to use, and templates are highly editable. I also like Nutshell Forms and have used them for events as well as contact us forms on our website. What do you like best about Nutshell? Stores all client/candidate data in one place. Easy to use on PC or mobile device. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Site sometimes crashes when I try to access from mobile device and not all information uploads when accessed this way. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? They have upgraded the mobile usage platform and also have made direct emailing out of NS easier and more streamlined.

What do you like best about Nutshell? The ability to modify step-by-step process sales funnels. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Lack of features on mobile app in comparison to pc version. What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of use compared to other CRMs. Mostly intuitive and easy to train people on. Quick and helpful support as well. I have always gotten quick answers to questions and the help center is a good resource. What do you dislike about Nutshell? No real complaints. UX could use an update.
