Easy to Use and Effective

From a management perspective, Nutshell provides clear visibility into pipeline health and sales activity without requiring heavy reporting or complex dashboards. Intuitive UI, Clever Features, a CRM I don't hate
Intuitive UX/UI, powerful efficiency of workflows, strong email and other integrations, and excellent mobile app quality.It's still a a CRM, I wish the search function was more comprehensive, and I'd love to be able to sync more seamlessly with other MSFT products like OneNote and Teams.
