What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is ready to use right from the start, with simple integration set-up, but is very flexible. I've been able to customize it to fit our business with mutliple pipelines and offerings. It's complex in it's functionality but simple to use. We use it all day every day. "Simple Customizable CRM"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I have used many CRM's over my sales career. I found that Nutshell is simple, yet powerful enough to help you be successful. It isn't overwhelming. I picked it up immediately without training and was able to use it from the first time I signed on. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? Our team loves how easy nutshell is to access and integrate with/within other programs. We use it almost every day and have for years – It's a staple part of our business! What do you dislike about Nutshell? The only downside with nutshell is the lack of in-software calendar. There are plenty of integrations to assist with this, but it would be great to be able to manage all of that within the actual nutshell system, natively. What problems is Nutshell ...

What do you like best about Nutshell? The platform is easy to use and the user interface is clean and straightforward. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Marketing tools are lacking and we find ourselves looking outside of Nutshell to fulfill some critical marketing pieces. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We utilize Nutshell for our sales, marketing and support teams.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use and very informative. Being informed of upgrades. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Can't find a fault. After one learns its format it is nice to have. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? All in our system can see our progress and we can all act as a team on a project

"Great Sales Enablement Suite"
What do you like best about Nutshell? First of all Nutshell offers an incredible customer service! Beyond that it´s a great tool for sales & marketing people. It was easy to implement it with our other tools and also onboarding of new collegues is super easy. We use it on a daily base to keep up with our sales avtivities. "Nutshell is a simple CRM solution"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The best thing about Nutshell is how easy it is to maneuver from one to another. I can easily look up contacts or a list of contacts in a quick and efficient way. I also love the email templates. The custom fields aspect has been also a valuable attribute that Nutshell offers. "Nutshell is a great CRM for SMB and new business"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is user friendly and has great marketing features right out of the box. Customer support is where they win above other CRM's. What do you dislike about Nutshell? As a CRM Ifeel like it is lacking reporting and functionality of larger CRM's.
