What do you like best about Nutshell? The customization, the dashboards, extensive reporting is good What do you dislike about Nutshell? Duplicate not great, need more integrations, import is tricky What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? CRM management and sales tracking

"Nutshell has changed my life!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is used for all stages of the business, most impressive are the automations and integrations they offer. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nothing, it's the best bang for the buck and even has features we haven't experimented with yet. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? All tools are in one solution. From emails, to inbound forms, to click to call. Very well priced.

What do you like best about Nutshell? User Friendly, Excells in Sales Automation and workflow , Contact and deal Managment, & Reporting and Anaylitics. What do you dislike about Nutshell? More customization options.Marketing Emails and the bounces drive my team crazy. It only pulls the first contact. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? I have no idea about new updates.

I especially like the ability to type in a contact and immediately see all correspondence with that individual. What do you dislike about Nutshell? In the people database, I wish there was a way to organize the order of companies people have worked at with their most recent company on top. I would also like AI personalization functions added to email writing and scheduling for client ...
