What do you like best about Nutshell? How robust the program is, so many tools and features that are great for an individual and team! What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nutshell does not integrate well with our current ERP system, DDI Inform, but that is not Nutshells' fault. What do you like best about Nutshell? It is an easy-to-use marketing tool for any company looking to get the most out of its client database. You can organize your customers based on many factors such as areas, customer interactions with emails you have sent out from Nutshell. Easy to capture any new customers you may have and great for following up with tasks, notes, and call features within the tool. "Fantastic Software for sales and lead tracking"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is super user-friendly. The whole team can see what everyone else is working on with regards to phone calls, emails, tracking of projects, etc. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The only functions of Nutshell I dislike are that when calling from a lead the call blocks out the name of the lead. The other thing I do not like is when you are tracking multiple leads, with the same companies and same people it lumps them all together and can take ...

"Awesome, intuitive program."

What do you like best about Nutshell? I really like that it's an easy-to-use program! You can see all leads at a glance and add custom fields for what's important to you and your industry. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I'd say the only thing I can think of is that I don't have more leads to put into the programl. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? There's a lot more organization and transparency throughout the company now.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Client information is all in one place and easy to retrieve. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish that Nutshell would link to my MacOS mail and message accounts. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Before Nutshell sharing information with our team was time consuming and in a lot of cases duplicated work.

What do you like best about Nutshell? The platform is very intuitive, which makes training our new team members a breeze! What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish reporting was easier, seems to be a bit hard to pull exactly what you need. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Organiztion, Organiztion!!! We now have a full database with contact info we can use to generate more sales.
