After I was connected in live chat with the supporter Maria, I was instantly treated very kind, which helped me to make a decision. I got some special deals and because of how I was treated, I will definitely buy a subscription. If only more supporter would be that kind and helpful.

My Nordvpn app was not allowing me to login. I tried many different things (changing passwords, uninstalling etc.). Karson gave me a list of tasks to complete, patiently waited while I performed them and voila, it worked.
