I was having difficulty with my VPN and…
I was having difficulty with my VPN and the MLB Tv app. I'd been having issues for awhile and finally got frustrated enough to reach out. I connected with Lewis and he was kind and patient with me. He sent the appropriate support steps when necessary and never kept me waiting for more than a few seconds. At one point I was about to give up but Lewis reassured me it wasn't the end of the road. And with his next trick, we got everything solved. Lewis rules.

If I could give 100 stars I would
If I could give 100 stars I would. My sister and I had been struggling to access the NordVPN website for hours and were at the point of giving up before we found (via mobile) the support chat and spoke to a lady called Amelia. Needless to say Amelia was a genius and lifesaver and we couldn’t be happier.
