understanding staff with patience
I had billing problems and agent Steve was really patient with all my questions. Even understood my insecurity and suggested to email me the transcript, which is so nice !

I had problem with my account
I had problem with my account. I was lucky to have Anya as agent to help me. She was very helpful and solved my problem right away. It is very important for companies to have good customer agents. Nord VPN is lucky to have Anya as she keeps customers happy.

Great and timely support
I had issues with my account login. When I reached out to support team over live chat, they have spent good amount of time patiently while I gather requested information and verified authenticity of my request and resolved my issue in no time. I know NordVPN is best VPN software, and their support is also top notch!

Excellent customer service
I was going to cancel but Vicky was really helpful and gave me a really good deal to stay. The service has been really good but at first it didn't fall in my budget, after some discussions, I was offered a really good price for being a loyal customer. Thanks Vicky!
