Well done Gentlemen. Have a virtual beer on me.
On or about the early morning of June 18 2022, I opened a chat with Alex whom professionally and courteously did what he could to help with an error message with the Chrome Store NordVPN app, then transferred me to Mason for additional assistance. Mason kindly guided and introduced me to the fix using the Linux Mint terminal commands. THIS IS THE WAY SUPPORT IS SUPPOSE TO WORK. WELL DONE.

I've been using NordVPN for around 3 years. I have found the software to be simple to use, effective and stressfree. The app was easy to install on both my laptop and phone and I've had no issues with it. Put simply, I would recommend it to anyone, and in fact I have recommended it to friends.

Blake Brooke was a great help. He laid out the instructions in a very easy to understand & follow manner, and after I had to restart my computer he was able to continue our repair session when I reconnected to the help line.
