Kyra is Great!
I was having issues with my settings button disappear today and went to Nord for help. I was connected with Kyra, and there were extremely helpful. Walked me through steps to fix the problem, but also took into account steps I had already taken without making me rehash simple things that didn't need to be redone, when I had already tried them. Overall an excellent experience.
