I had a technical issue I was frustrated by, and the customer @support was incredibly efficient about helping me. Timothy and Cynthia in particular were responsive, and very helpful. Made me like nordvpn even more - thanks all!

I needed the help from customer service…
I needed the help from customer service and an employee called Josephine got my issue resolved smoothly. It was also nice the fact that, although our exchange was short, she seemed polite, which is great and not always present in customer service. For now, everything has been great with Nord VPN's service, from my experience!
