I had an issue with my renewal and Vicky was on it and helped me within minutes, and offered me a generous extension on my plan for the trouble... As a long-time customer I feel really taken care of - 5 Stars all the way!

Very efficient customer service

Bethany helped me
Bethany helped me. I feel nervous when I am using technology/apps/etc and I do not know what is not working or why. Then I feel helpless and easily get more nervous. Bethany helped me today so that I could view my online banking by connecting to a VPN server. It took trying a few servers but she was patient and I am grateful because it is now working. I am still learning how to use this app and its value so I appreciate someone helping me understand the steps to take and the whys. Thank you.

Great customer service
I have been using NordVPN for the last number of years. It has never given me any trouble until tonight. But I shouldn't have worried, I got onto the Nordvpn helpdesk and spoke with them. It took awhile to get it fixed but they stuck with it. Well done to Nordvpn.
