Amazing customer support
Recently subscribed to NordVPN. Haven’t used the product much so can’t really speak about it however I have high expectations and have heard great things. I initially had some trouble with the billing side but the customer support team managed to sort my subscription out and grant me access to it. The agent I spoke to, Britney, was lovely and swiftly dealt with the situation once they had the evidence required. Thoroughly impressed with the service so far.

Russia is trying to block Nord's…
Russia is trying to block Nord's servers around the world. But the company is trying to solve this problem. The help center works perfectly. Really fast and effective. I'd single out Walter who was really quick and helpful

Zero complaints!
The app is easy to use and the service has been consistent. I've never noticed a slowdown in my internet service, no matter which server I connect to. I have autoconnect set up on all of my devices, but even so every once in a while I go do an IP check... and not once have I been traced back to where I actually am, lol!

Good Stuff.
Updating for iOS & Android is easy-peasy. Updating OS a little less so but not a drama. Speed is good with no noticeable difference from when it's active or not. Security must be good because no security issues experienced.
