Had issues trying to log in
Had issues trying to log in a few months after signing up. 2fa ? stuff & auto connecting issues. "ELIZABETH" was soooooo helpful and so patient she guided me through all the steps I needed to do to get it set up right ! I cannot give more praise ! She was FANTASTIC in putting up with my double checking of actions as I did them ! A++++++++++++++ Thanks Elizabeth you made my dark morning bright !

They always listen
Today I had problems connecting with servers, so I contacted the Chat team. Endless patience, able to communicate clearly and make things simple when they are a bit technical:) I have been with NordVPN for quite a few years now, and continually recommend them to friends. They are the best VPN out there. If there is a hiccup, they find a solution. Always.
