Superb Service

Jackson the king of techsupport at nord
Jackson helped me out and he had a sense of humor. I wasn't talking to corporate slave. He was helpful and played along with my jokes. Although we were just two strangers communicating through a chatroom he helped me with my technical difficulties. In the end I was so thankful I even wished him and his family health and wealth.
