Customer Service was excellent
I was using the livechat option a little while ago and i was helped out massively by Lloyd. they were so very helpful and managed to fix all the issues i was dealing with.

My subscription was set up to…
My subscription was set up to automatically renew however this did not register at Nord VPNs side,however, just a couple of minutes of chat on the chat function with someone called Zoe who was super helpful and it was all sorted. Quicker and easier than i thought.

It was short but great experience
Though I wasn't able to fully utilise the subscription, the experience was really great! The app was perfect and responsive. During the cancellation process, it was quick and no dramas.

Unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my subscription and got options to resolve my issue but seems not working for me due to my hardwares mismatch. Thus I preferred to quit. Satisfactory help and information received from agent Steve then agent Garfield. I would like to record my appreciation for your customer service.
