Very reactive and efficient email support
The NordVPN support team assisted me by email as one of my hosts could no longer connect. The team answered in a very reactive and efficient way. What’s more, they *actually* went through the trace log I had forwarded them to track the issue.

Unfortunately NordVPN was not for me just due to a few little bits and pieces that irked me so I had requested a refund. NordVPN works very well and does exactly what you need it to do, I had to cancel for other reasons. When I came to cancel I was speaking with an Agent called "Magnus" and let me tell ya.
