Renewing Subscription
After being a loyal customer with Nord for 3 years, it was time to renew my subscription and I was wondering how I could still enjoy the best service without it being too costly. I wanted to speak with an agent about the different yearly plan, and they quickly connected me with one of them Lucas. He was very professional, and provided me the answer i was looking for quickly and efficiently. Well done to NordVPN and their customer service team.

Great customer service with Mason!!
I had a very specific inquiry and the customer rep, Mason, was absolutely phenomenal and patient with me! He listened to all my questions and walked me through my options and enabled me to be fully informed on how to proceed. Absolutely happy with his expertise and wonderful experience. 10/10.

A good partner…
I lost some important informations to access to my NordVPN account. By chance the problem has been resolved thanks to the NordVPN call center using a security procedure. Very efficient team indeed !

NORD VPB
It's a very good VPN easy to use and does not slow my WiFi to much. I use mine on my desktop and two firesticks . I would definitely recommend the nord vpn to anyone using the firestick.

I had reason to speak to Joffrey…
I had reason to speak to Joffrey recently about my account and this is how it went, curtious, respectful, friendly and most of all extremely helpful, I cannot fault his professionalism, dedication to his company and his willing to help me sort my issues. We need more people like him in these roles fronting their company and showing that they are not all unemotional robots only interested in taking your money but really want to provide a value for money service with care and dedication.
