Amazing e-mail customer support
I contacted the support team about a feature i was seeking in order to get around VPN blockers - Port Forwarding. The "customer success team" gave me a thorough explanation on the state of development (they told me they were currently discussing security issues and possible future implementation) and, most importantly, presented multiple possible solutions for my issue. I made a mistake signing up for NordVPN. Their customer service was excellent. The person assisting me, Britney, was very patient and informative. My concerns were answered in a prompt and concise manner that made the overall experience a delight.

Marina was excellent
Marina was excellent - quick, knowledgeable and happy to help. My connectivity issues were sorted in record time. I would always recommend Nord over all the competitors - they have a swwet pricepoint, they have amazingly effective (and I DO mean amazingly) support agents all of whom know exactly what they're doing. Oh,m and they are quick with a capital Q!
