Great Customer Service

Nord has been very responsive when I needed help. We worked via email to arrange secure connections for me to access all of my services from international locations. their responses to my inquiries were always prompt and professional. They were able to resolve all of my issues. The speed of my connections is still great.

Patient and persisting people
I was quite p*d off when Nordvpn stopped working after an update of macOS. At first it looked as if the kind people of Nordvpn did not understand what the problem was. But with a lot of patience and perseverance (on both sides), they succeeded in solving the problem. My compliments!
