Nord has been very responsive when I needed help. We worked via email to arrange secure connections for me to access all of my services from international locations. their responses to my inquiries were always prompt and professional. They were able to resolve all of my issues. The speed of my connections is still great.

Stellar Customer Service!
After working great from the first day of my subscription one day I opened one of my profiles and a window would pop up and instantly disappear. For days I couldn't correct the issue. I contacted tech support. They were unbelievable! Responsive, and patient, they worked with me for days to try and figure out what the issue was.
