I purchased the 3-year plan for 2.99/month, as my identity was stolen & wanted to prevent any further hacking; but after the first month, I was unable to reconnect/login to my account. I kept changing my password, to see if that was the problem. I still was unable to log in, even immediately after changing my password! It would not accept my username as my email. Throttled speeds, despite their denying it

Their service works the first 30 days when you can still get your money back. After that, it's horribly slow and throttled, despite them saying it isn't. Customer service keeps going around in endless circles, hoping you'll give up and just let them keep your money for no service. I've sent them multiple emails, videos of their crap service on email, did all the song and dance with tech support and they still waste my time with, "Do another speed test".
