I ordered NordVPN based on AARP's rec. I found it completely unuseable -- it locked me out of almost all websites, including Amazon, and many others--over 95% of them. I couldn't get past my opening page. I tried to use the chat service, but (and I freely admit that I am not good with anything other than basics w/ computing, but I spent over 45 minutes on the phone w/ a CSR, who was nice and tried to be helpful. App keeps crashing on my Oukitel Mix 2 Android. Support tried to help by getting logs from me but after an hour of trying there is still no difference. I like almost everything about NordVpn

I like almost everything about NordVpn, but it has one serious problem: it will not even turn on when my Bullguard Security firewall is on. In order to activate the VPN I have to go into my Bullguard settings and turn off my firewall: only then can I get NordVpn to work.This is ridiculous, as I believe that I need both to be active. I have contacted both Bullguard and NordVpn in the past but neither offers another solution, which means I will have to stop using one of them.

There seems to be many issues with NordVPN. I feel that it cannot be trusted. Since putting this program onto my computer, having purchased it for the second time, I have had to reinstall my OS more than once because of glitches and security issues. My experience is that Nord refuses to provide a 1 800 number for customer support. Their customer support is hiding behind a computer screen via chat. The instructions given did not fix my connectivity issue. Do what I did and upgrade to a better VPN experience. Go to AVAST.
