The Chat Session from NordVPN is fast as you normally chat with a knowledgeable agent within less than a minute. Devin, the first agent I spoke with, resolved my issues, and as a courtesy, I spoke with another knowledgeable colleague, Madison, and she was very professional and friendly, stating that she would pass on the message to her colleague, Devin, stating that everything has been resolved. Double Billing/Enrollment?…
Just found out that my Nord subscription was duplicated on two subsequent days. It was just noticed and I was told that the refund policy period had been passed and I was enrolled for the next 5+ years. I got nowhere with a chat to customer service and was told that it was my fault. I considered that an insult to my intelligence to enroll in the same 3 Year plan on two subsequent days.I thought better of the company and would caution others to determine if they really need any VPN service ...

Kein einziges VPN der Welt macht euch alle in irgendeiner weise anonym. Auch wenn Ihr mit dem VPN verbunden seit und dieses verfälschte Gedankenbild habt das Ihr "sicher" seit, spielt es keinerlei Rolle. Wenn irgendjemand genug Erfahrung und Lust hast, kann er/sie euch immer noch problemlos nachverfolgen. Da spielt die Art der Verschlüsselung oder Anpreisung von irgendwelchen Militärischen Sicherheitsstandards auch keine Rolle mehr. Vor allem wurde NordVPN schon bereits selbst Oper eines ...
