Don’t subscribe, impossible to cancel
Email from nord explaining my subscription was due soon, tried to cancel via the links and instructions they supplied, didn’t work, tried explaining and chatting to them today, they can’t/won’t help. Cancelled my future renewal on Apple today, but I’m out £79.00 now, these people make it deliberately difficult/almost impossible to cancel a subscription very poor unprofessional behaviour be warned once you subscribe to these cheats you won’t get your money back. Reliability, Customer Care is key !
Have been using Nord for a long time and it is really easy to use . The support side is always polite and helpful. I use it for my work in Healthcare Improvement development especially around the Covid pandemic ! Kudos team for your work.

Experience review (renewal of dedicated IP)
Allan in Billing helped immensely to ensure we were able to renew our VPN account AND keep our same dedicated IP address from the previous year (this is not always guaranteed). Excellent service and always a pleasure dealing with NordVPN.

Brilliant and reliable.
Been using Nord for some time now and has always been fast and reliable. Recently had an issue with getting the app to open. Support teams 'Lucas' was quick on the case via the online chat service. Resolved my issue at lightning speed (just like their servers). Can not fault. Thanks for a reliable service NordVPN.
