Excellent Customer Service
The product is unfortunately not what we were expecting/thought it was, and upon request to cancel the subscription, the customer service was polite, understanding and efficient. Excellent service!

Just not for me.
Very good when it works, but for me I got a lot of slow down and disconnection, but I have friends that swear by NordVPN. I was just one of the people that had issues.On the other hand the customer service is excellent and are very friendly, I asked for a refund and the only question I got was "Can I help in anyway or would you just like the refund. No hard sell. Very professional indeed.
