Great Customer Service but doesn't meet my needs
I originally purchased NordVPN as a once-in-a-while sort of tool but found myself a little uncertain of the pricing. The customer service walked me through the steps I needed to solve my original concerns quite effectively and overall I am very pleased with how they handled my refund! One small criticism is the structure of their website and how open they are to a chargeback. Too good to be true
What do you like best? The quantity of servers and locations that we have to connect What do you dislike? The news against NordVPN related to user's data get compromised Recommendations to others considering the product: Use to secure your network when travel. Billing/general questions regarding NordVPN
So I came in Contact with Darian. I could tell he was very professional and genuine who was a very well knowledgeable in regards to your product. He explained that your charges are quarterly and what not, considering at first I was confused I thought that I could pay $3.49 monthly (like a spotify or netflix hing)for the next 3 years. Easy to use VPN service, did not disappoint
NordVPN is a good service, I was thinking about getting a VPN and tried it for a few weeks. But then I realized I didn't need a VPN all that much and then I asked them for a refund and they conveniently processed it. No hassle. So I appreciate them sticking by their word.
