Quick Solution to Thorny Conundrum
Reuben helped me very quickly with a problem of five days' standing. The VPN on my iPhone was turning itself on and off, and thereby disabling many of my apps. He diagnosed the problem and helped me fix it in about six minutes. Thanks, Reuben!

Great service - Customer support is quick and efficient!
Been using Nord for 4 years, and just wanted to leave a positive review before renewing again. My only small suggestion would be to make the Android TV app a bit easier to use. You have to do a search for a server numner instead of them being available to select.. It would also be great if you can make iPlayer work on Nvidia Shield (it works on Firestick, but not Shield).

Something wrong with Nord vpn at the moment. Ballsachingly slow speed and what makes me more suspicious is number of 5* reviews from punters who have only submitted one review

He helped figure out my problem,Got everything working and gave some great advice, this is the best customer service I have yet to receive for any VPN provider
