Great product and service
Great product and service. I downloaded the Android app and found it very intuitive and was super fast. Also, when I contacted their customer service, it was a very very pleasent experience, spoke to Alexandra on the chat support and got my resolution in less than 6 minutes, one of the best contact center experience i had.

I have not had a satisfactory…
I have not had a satisfactory experience with NordVPN.I have the program installed on two devices, both running Windows 10 Pro. From the first time I installed NordVPN either one device or the other would connect but then disconnect the internet within minutes, or not connect at all.I have spent countless hours going through various online procedures and using Live Chat to speak to NordVPN customer service to try to sort the problems. Connectivity issues
I had issues with my vpn for close to six months. it would never connect and it delayed me with a lot of my online work. However, I just got assisted by Chandler. He was very patient with me and helped me all the way. It took over two hours but Chandler showed great patience and leadership in his ability to assist me with my issue.

issue with change of email adress
Kudos to the customer support, who managed to find a way in two days to solve a login issue with a new email adress. Long story short, each and every member of the CS I had to talk with answered me quicky, and they all showed as much efficiency as they cautiously investigated my case to make sure I was the legitimate owner of the account. Great job, kudos to them all!

Hands down the best support you'll ever receive, whoever is in charge of this department deserves a medal of some-sort! Plus the VPN speed is so quick you wont even notice you're using one! 11/10

Carrie helped me a lot in setting up my account and she makes it possible for me to pay using PayPal. Awesome support, with a lot of attention and help. Great work, the NordVPN experience is been great since the beginning so far.
