Excellent support
As a new subscriber I had loads of questions. Started with the automated responses but quickly graduated to "Speak with a live agent" and was transferred to Archie who provide excellent support. He was patient and offered extra advice and direction. I would hire Archie!

Abgesehen davon, dass einige Vorverfasser die Punkte der eigenen Sicherheit von NordVPN zurecht kritisiert haben, so sind noch einige andere Punkte ein K.O. Kriterium. Was mich grundsätzlich stört, sind die Sitze im Ausland. Removal of service without notice
I paid for 3 years upfront because I wanted a reliable SOCKS5 proxy service. Three months later the service has been removed with no notice, inadequate explanation and no likelihood of it coming back! This is what they say: "At the moment our SOCKS5 protocol is receiving an optimization rework. While this rework is being performed, the majority of servers have this protocol shut down until completion of the rework. Spam Mails
They advertise to not send spam to your email when you are buying their product. Next morning, 24h later the Spam Emails begin...It works, but when they LIE about this, they might LIE about something else aswell, so you better chose a different VPN in the future.

I requested a refund
I requested a refund, which was successfully made, but I tried to ask a question (about the refund) and it tells me that it was connecting to a live session, which resulted late responses as soon as I reloaded the page. Maybe my internet? Who knows.
