NordVPN is excellent value for money

NordVPN is excellent value for money if you can get a coupon or offer. I prefer the 1 year at a time as I am always worried that something might happen 2 or 3 years is a large commitment and expense. The choice of servers and protocols is very good and their NordLynx protocol based on WireGuard offer little slow downs but enhanced security in some ways. good customer service, reasonably reliable, great price

Been using nord for a few years: very fair price compared to some competitors, one of few that is reasonably reliable in restricted countries (from command line), can use with normal software like openvpn, customer service is usually quick and helpful, plenty of servers in many geolocations available, good privacy policy. No idea how the apps are.

Lawrence was able to take his time and help me with my connectivity issues on a streaming service.He guided me step by step and was patient with me.In the end my issue was resolved in a fewx minutes.Very Good!

Subscription was paid up until 16 Jan 2021. They are trying to bill me from 16 Dec 2020. RIP OFF MERCHANTS.EDIT: What on earth did their response mean? I have contacted support on numerous times but they are as useless as their product. The only response I get is that they are going to RIP ME OFF. Something should be done about these cowboys.

Downloaded the 30-day fraud

Was trying out different VPNs. Downloaded the 30-day trial. Put the card info in. Got started. Was hitting about 3 to 400 kB a second downloading. They refuse to cancel my subscription...

I cancel my subscription through mail (which is required) on 13. October. Yet my subscription is not cancelled yet, and the product is neither useable. Since I am not able to cancel my subscription and I don't intend to get a new credit-card. Excellent service, made my life easier today!

Needed to complete a few technical steps to load new VPN servers on my router. Archer was the live agent on the webchat option. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately took me through the correct steps of my specific router, helped me to do the setup quickly and waited to ensure all is as I need it to be. I am happy to stay a NordVPN client with this type of service!!!

I am really impressed by the quality of NordVPN Customer Services. The quality of their service is also great, however I couldn't test it for long because, after purchasing their VPN plan, I had to cancel due to my own circumstances not being suitable. Their representative was extremelly helpfull in sorting out a mistake that I made. I will definitelly purchase in the future if I will need a VPN.

Good product but terrible customer service.

Product great. Customer service terrible. Business practice terrible. They charge your credit card too far in advance and will not issue a refund even if you do not wish to renew three weeks in advance of your current subscription expiring. Too bad, since a good product can easily die out due to bad business practices. Do not trust these people with your credit card info.
