Pensavo fosse un'app seria di VPN e volevo abbandonare ExpressVPN dato il notevole costo ma ho dovuto ricredermi. Abito in Qatar e la VPN serve per fare tutto visto che il governo blocca ogni tipo di chiamata e videochiamata VoIP. Dopo 3 mesi di botta e risposta con il supporto, la VPN resta inutilizzabile, continue disconnessioni dai server, videochiamate impossibili da effettuare, alcuni siti vengono comunque bloccati. Great product and excellent service.
I didn't end up using the VPN for more than a month, but it worked well and once I contacted costumer support to cancel it, they were extremely helpful.

Horrible speeds, lost $110
Very unhappy with the speeds. I purchased a three year deal for $110, figuring better security makes up for a little worse speeds. Some days the VPN works, but most times all my apps end up in infinite loading cycles. I have moderately good wifi, but a vpn should not make it unusable (ExpressVPN doesn't). I did contact them intending to get a refund before the 30 days were up, but they got me to do some troubleshooting and delayed my decision. I forgot about it till after the time ran out ...

Top Notch Customer Service!
Had problems logging in to a streaming subscription I have that is blocked here in Brazil. Went for customer support and had the whole thing resolved in less than 5 minutes. Shout out to Lyanna for her quick and very helpful response!

SLOW Connection Speeds
Terrible service. I prepaid for 4 years of service and now am SEVERELY REGRETTING that decision. Compared to my previous VPN provider, all of their proxy connection speeds from Europe are SLOW. On a good day, I'm lucky if a torrent downloads faster than 2Mbps.Customer service is terrible and always blames the client configuration with no real troubleshooting. Bottom line, NordVPN didn't buy the local country bandwidth to support the user load and that shows in their connection speeds.Stay away!

Recently Bad Service
When I first started NordVPN a few years back, their service was good. Their last update has my connection dropping constantly. I'm constantly seeing it dropping off and grabbing another server. It is infuriating. I would NOT recommend this service as it currently stands.
