Problem Sorted!
I had a problem which was resolved very quickly by chatting online to a real person! Despite being a luddite, Karen, Elizabeth and Lyra all helped when I went back for more advice at various intervals. I am impressed and reassured by the back up I received.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service... FASTEST resolution I've got from any service provider. I used Kaspersky VPN prior to trying Nord... I don't use Kaspersky anymore, and still have a few months left prepaid with them.Superior service repsMore options for locationsFaster connectionsAll around better

highly efficient costumer service!
I had an issue regarding something and their costumer service was really good! I talked with Barbara and she responded hyper quickly and my issue was solved within 10 minutes. I highly recommend their services because If anything goes wrong, their costumer services will solve it directly. you can trust them with your eyes shut!
