Not the cheapest VPN service but…
Not the cheapest VPN service but everything works just fine. Connection is pretty fast, a lot of different servers in wide range of countries

J'ai vécu une superbe expérience client chez NordVPN. En effet, pour un besoin limité de VPN limité dans le temps, j'ai pu prendre un abonnement et le résilier le mois d'après sans aucun problème.Quand j'ai rencontrer un léger problème pour résilier annuler mon abonnement de moi-même, l'équipe d'assistance a été très très réactive. I could not establish a connection
I could not establish a connection. I wasted several hours trying to solve the problem myself. Finally phoned Nord Tech Support. They had me connected in minutes. Live and learn.

Watchout for early renewal
I used the service for three years without issue. However, when time for renewal of the 3 year subscription came due, I cancelled 6 days prior to the anniversary date. However, Nordvpn renews over two weeks early and will not refund the fees even if the renewal date has not passed.

extremly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient
extremly quick to respond, friendly in tone and very knowledgeable. successfully guided me through steps to deal with issues I found as a new user, including specific steps for my Mac OS laptop, and offered advice based on my tv model number, testing steps, etc. Made it very easy and kept my confidence in them as a providor I could rely on should I have issues in the future.

NORDVPN rock!!!!!
I spoke on several times with support, not only did they resolve all the issues, but they responded in less than 1 minute, and overall impact is just amazing , worth every buck (thank you Marceline)

Watch out for the auto renewal
Watch out for the auto renewal. Although they send you an email where you can renew your subscription it will renew automaticaly anyway. There is no money back for this even when they now you didn't use the app. I would not recommend them not because the quality of their products but because of this poor rip off marketing strategy.
