Exceptional online chat.
I am a senior citizen with failing health and eyesight...and quite ignorant of all things digital. Nathan walked me through my options, explained it patiently and completely, and was a joy online. He's awesome.

Denzel provided great help via account chat app. I had an issue with wanting to cancel part of my service and he advised me of my options and then proceeded to make the change I advised. All very quickly and without hassles.

Very recommended.
Great app, feels safer to use than the generic google and apple ones. When I forgot my passwords, customer support helped me very quickly and efficiently! Had please to talk with Benjamin from customer support. Very grateful for his help!

The Best Customer Support
The best customer support I've experienced so far. Went to live chat, and within just a few seconds I'm already connected to a customer representative. The name of the representative is Denzel, he is very professional, accommodating and I'm impressed by his speedy response! Just took a few minutes to resolve my query. Product is great, and support is awesome! Will definitely recommend them.
